Product Designer, Design Systems

To support a growing digital team, the remote Product Designer, Design Systems will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Alley-oop Design System, creating reusable UI components and documentation while ensuring accessibility standards are met. Key responsibilities Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to contribute to the Design System Create and maintain foundational patterns, UI components, and documentation Advocate for the Design System across the organization and support its adoption by cross-functional teams Required qualifications 3+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences, including native apps for iOS and Android Strong portfolio showcasing experience with Design Systems and user-centered design processes Experience designing for web and native platforms with a focus on accessibility (WCAG compliance) Ability to work autonomously and proactively while collaborating with cross-functional teams Comfortable leading workshops and presentations on complex design concepts
