Sous Chef | Premium Hospitality
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a premium hospitality operation known for exceptional culinary standards and guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a culinary leader with a background in upscale hotels, luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, or high-end catering who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily kitchen operations and food production
• Lead, coach, and develop culinary team members
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Sous Chef experience
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or other upscale hospitality environments preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
