Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead our front desk operations and elevate guest experiences. This pivotal role combines hospitality management expertise with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front of the house. As a key leader, you will oversee guest relations, manage front desk staff, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality to create memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise front desk team members to deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences
• Oversee guest services, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and professionally
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of reports
• Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor front desk operations, implement process improvements, and uphold hotel standards of hospitality management
Requirements
• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably within resorts or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel management systems
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Previous hotel experience with a focus on guest services and hospitality management is essential
