Freelance Social Media Manager – Plastic Surgery / Aesthetic Medicine (Italian Market) – Epik Web Agency

Epik Web Agency is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in performance marketing and web strategies. We are expanding our team to manage the launch of a major international brand in the medical and plastic surgery sector entering the Italian market. For this specific project, we are looking for a vertical Freelance Social Media Manager with proven experience in the Plastic Surgery / Aesthetic Medicine niche, with a strong focus on building accounts from scratch ("anti-launch" strategy). Channels to manager Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (Native Italian ecosystem, starting from zero). Key Responsibilities: Anti-Launch Strategy: Build a high-impact content strategy from scratch, focused on trust, authority, patient FAQs, and before/after case studies (fully compliant with Italian healthcare regulations). Content Creation & Short-Form Video: Autonomously design clean/minimalist graphics and, most importantly, produce short-form videos (Reels & TikTok) in Italian, utilizing assets provided by the client/agency. Localized Copywriting: Write high-converting, native Italian copy with an authoritative, empathetic Tone of Voice, strictly adhering to Italian guidelines regarding medical and healthcare advertising. Advertising Synergy: Optimize organic content with a Lead Generation mindset, collaborating closely with our Paid Ads Specialist. Requirements: Must-Have: Proven track record of managing social media accounts in the plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, or high-end medical niche. Language: Native Italian speaker with a deep understanding of local market nuances, cultural references, and medical communication regulations in Italy. Professional Proficiency in English: Ability to smoothly communicate, report, and align with Epik Web Agency's team. Deep knowledge of current video trends and algorithms for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Active Freelance/VAT status (Partita IVA) and full autonomy to work remotely.
