About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at GrabJobs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to optimize platform usage. This position requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As part of our collaborative team, you will contribute to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and support, helping to drive user engagement and loyalty across our global user base. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support, account management, or related roles, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes. Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels including email, chat, and phone. Assist users in navigating the platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and understanding platform features. Document and track customer interactions and issues using CRM tools to ensure proper follow-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and improve overall user experience. Gather feedback from users to identify common issues and suggest enhancements to the platform. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to users. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new features and support strategies.
