Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware are a plus. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams, ensuring quick resolution of issues. Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving potential vulnerabilities. Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities for future reference and knowledge sharing.
