We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Product and Performance Marketing to build and lead a function serving highly regulated and mission-critical industries. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the defense and commercial sectors, including government contracting, DoW and Fed/Civ procurement processes, B2G (business-to-government) and B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies as well as proven experience building high-performing teams, standing up demand generation engines, and implementing marketing technology solutions that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding BigBear.ai’s creative identity and brand story — enhancing credibility with government stakeholders, broadening appeal in commercial markets, and positioning the company as a trusted authority in AI-driven decision intelligence. This role partners closely with the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, who oversees overall brand identity and reputation building and defense, to ensure alignment between brand, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise narrative, while maintaining clear accountability, including the company’s digital presence, sponsorships, customer events, product marketing and broader sales enablement activity.
