We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) who is equal parts conceptual thinker, storyteller, and creative leader. Someone who can move seamlessly from big campaign platforms to detailed executions while bringing strong strategic thinking, cultural fluency, and range across brands. This role is for someone who can independently lead work, shape ideas from concept through execution, and help raise the creative bar across the agency. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership, art directors, strategists, and cross-functional teams across brand campaigns, social, experiential, integrated, and new business work. What You’ll Do • Lead creative development from brief through execution across campaigns, social, experiential, content, and new business • Independently develop and shape campaign platforms, narratives, and creative systems • Present and defend work internally and externally with confidence and clarity • Provide mentorship and creative guidance to junior and mid-level creatives • Elevate the overall quality and ambition of the work Writing & Concept Development • Create culturally resonant ideas rooted in insight, audience understanding, and strategy • Push concepts beyond the expected into scalable, memorable creative platforms • Write across multiple formats including: • Campaign platforms • Video / film • Social • Experiential • Editorial • Presentations • Brand voice • Activations • New business pitches • Demonstrate strong range across tone, voice, and audiences Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with art, strategy, account, production, and experiential teams • Operate independently while driving alignment across stakeholders • Bring proactive solutions and recommendations, not just execution What We’re Looking For Must Have • 8–10+ years in advertising / creative agencies • Experience leading integrated campaigns from concept to launch • Ability to independently develop and carry ideas through execution • Experience working across multiple brands and categories • Strong presentation and storytelling skills Skills & Attributes • Exceptional conceptual thinking and platform development • Ability to independently originate and carry ideas through execution • Strong understanding of culture, trends, and multicultural audiences • Ability to write across multiple tones, categories, and audiences • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities • Comfortable leading in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Strong self-management and organizational skills Bonus If You Have • Experience in multicultural marketing • Experience with retail / CPG / lifestyle / experiential work • New business / pitch experience • Comfort using AI as a creative accelerator Who You Are You are: • Concept-first • Culture-obsessed • Curious • Solution-oriented • Comfortable with ambiguity • Excited to build You know how to create ideas that move people — and how to bring teams with you.
