Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Brand strategy and multi-year planning for the W Hotels brand, shaping guest experience and brand culture across properties. You will act as a brand ambassador, aligning the brand with the company vision and driving brand performance through strategic initiatives. You will manage resources, budget, and a cross-functional team to enhance brand relevance, awareness, and differentiation. This position offers the chance to influence on-site experiences, programming, and brand training at scale within a luxury, globally distributed team.
Compensation / Benefits
• Support brand positioning and visual identity, and create templates to ensure consistent execution across organization and hotels
• Contribute to Brand Culture initiatives (Whatever/Whenever, W Insider, W Service Culture) and related differentiators
• Analyze target audience insights to inform go-to-market strategies and materials for development and partnerships
• Develop on-strategy materials to support growth, openings, and brand marketing initiatives
• Identify and plan new brand initiatives and projects, coordinating internal and external partners
• Create project plans and guide project teams from kickoff to implementation
• Serve as brand advocate to stakeholders and ensure luxury lens in presentations and toolkits
• Develop materials supporting guest programming and drive press for these initiatives
• Collaborate with Global Design to implement brand design foundations and standards
• Lead GM onboarding and immersion events in collaboration with brand and continent teams
• Advance brand experience projects to enhance differentiation and preference
• Guide opening teams to maintain branded critical path documentation for openings and conversions
Tasks
• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major
• 7+ years' experience in the hospitality industry with progression and strong performance, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Operational and brand experience
