Then We Want to Meet You! • We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our knitwear clothing company. • The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience that reflects our brand values and quality standards. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is an asset. • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fashion/apparel industry preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software/CRM systems. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism. • Interest in fashion and knitwear products is an advantage. We work with various clients, bringing personalized support to enhance their customer experiences. 📋 Your Mission Will Be To • Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding: • Washing and care instructions for knitwear products • Sizing and fit information • Order modifications (size changes, shipping address updates, etc.) • Pre-order and collection availability • General FAQs (many of which are managed through response templates) • Ensure SKU alignment between Shopify and the 3PL fulfillment system before each collection drop. • Handling of back-office tasks related to customer orders and inquiries 🖥️ Tech Checklist – Gotta Have It! • Excellent communication • Experience in Shopify • Customer service experience Ready to use your skills to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced and supportive environment?
