Content Creator & Social Media Manager — Luxury Med Spa (Part-Time)

About Us We are a boutique medical aesthetics practice in Astoria, Queens specializing in natural-looking injectables, skincare, and full-face artistry. Our brand is refined, quiet, and editorial — think clean lines, soft lighting, and results that whisper rather than shout. We are not looking for trend-chasing content. We are looking for someone who understands restraint. The Role We're hiring one person to own our social presence end-to-end: shoot, edit, schedule, and grow it. You'll come to the office for batch shoot days and handle everything else remotely. What You'll Do • - Shoot beautiful before/after content, treatment process footage, and behind-the-scenes moments during scheduled in-office days • - Edit short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Stories) with a slow, refined, editorial aesthetic • - Write captions that match our voice — informed, warm, never salesy • - Schedule 3–4 posts per week across Instagram and TikTok • - Help collect signed patient releases on shoot days • - Track basic performance (saves, shares, profile visits, DMs) and report monthly You're a Fit If You • - Have a portfolio with beauty, skincare, wellness, or med spa work (please send links) • - Can shoot professional-quality vertical video on an iPhone or mirrorless camera • - Edit in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut with strong color grading • - Understand HIPAA basics and the sensitivity of medical content • - Live in or near NYC and can come to Astoria for shoot days • - Have a calm, professional demeanor around patients **You're Not a Fit If** • - Your portfolio is mostly restaurants, fitness, or general lifestyle content • - You lean heavily on trending audio and fast cuts • - You've never worked with medical or beauty clients To Apply Send a short note about why this role interests you, your portfolio or Instagram handle, and one example of content you've made that you think captures the aesthetic we described.
