Product Marketing Manager

Overview We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of retail and in-store customer behavior. This role focuses on clearly positioning products, leading launches, and translating features into simple, compelling messages that resonate at the point of purchase. Responsibilities • Develop product positioning and messaging grounded in real customer insights • Lead product and feature launches across marketing and sales channels • Translate product features into clear, customer-focused benefits • Partner with Product, Sales, Merchandising, and Creative teams • Create sales enablement and in-store marketing materials • Gather feedback from retail environments to refine messaging Preferred Experience • Background in retail, in-store marketing, merchandising, or customer-facing roles • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Experience supporting cross-functional launches
