We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Asset Manager to support portfolio performance, reporting, and operational oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to gain hands‑on exposure to acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis, and investor reporting within a fast‑paced real estate investment environment. Position Summary The Junior Asset Manager will support senior asset managers in the oversight of property operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives across the firm’s real estate portfolio. The role will involve financial analysis, reporting, coordination with property managers, and assistance with business plans and value‑add strategies. Key Responsibilities • Assist in monitoring financial performance of properties against budgets, projections, and business plans • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual asset management reports • Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgets • Track KPIs including occupancy, NOI, cash flow, and leasing activity • Support coordination with joint venture partners and property management • Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions and refinancings • Maintain asset management reporting and software systems • Help prepare investor reporting and presentation materials • Conduct market research and comparable property analysis Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field • 2+ years of experience in real estate, finance, accounting, asset management, or related roles • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Interest in real estate investments and asset management Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Argus, Yardi, IMS, Agora, Real Page, AppFolio, or similar real estate software • Exposure to real estate underwriting or financial modeling • Internship or experience at a real estate investment firm, brokerage, or property management company What We Offer • Competitive entry‑level compensation • Exposure to all phases of real estate investing and operations • Mentorship from experienced real estate professionals • Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment • Full paid health benefits • Annual performance based bonus • Employer profit sharing contribution • Paid vacation
