To drive qualified leads and revenue, the full-time Demand Generation ABM Specialist will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, oversee Account-Based Marketing strategies, and manage HubSpot for marketing automation in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated campaigns to drive top-of-funnel leads and optimize campaign performance Identify high-value accounts and design personalized ABM playbooks to engage target accounts effectively Administer HubSpot for marketing automation, ensuring proper tracking of leads and maintaining data hygiene Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on demand generation and/or ABM Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms Proficient in marketing analytics, data reporting, and segmentation strategies Understanding of B2B buying cycles, SaaS products, and complex sales funnels
