Partner directly with Silicon Valley technologists and medical experts to implement AI-driven clinical workflows, predictive analytics, and automated documentation. What You Will Do Establish and operate the Professional Corporation (PC) entity, managing all HR, payroll, benefits, and employment compliance for a distributed clinical team. Oversee full-lifecycle clinical management including recruiting, credentialing, and performance for RNs, NPs, and MDs across a national telehealth infrastructure. Manage end-to-end pharmacy and vendor relationships, specifically focusing on compounding pharmacy partnerships, supply chain logistics, and SLA compliance. The ideal candidate 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership with direct experience managing licensed clinical providers (RNs, NPs, MDs/DOs) in a medical setting. Proven track record establishing or managing a Professional Corporation (PC) and navigating complex multi-state DEA, HIPAA, and telehealth regulations.
