In-House/Income Tax Planning Advisor/Attorney (Remote)

Privately held wealth management firm is seeking to add an attorney with 5+ years of experience for a newly created Income Tax Planning Advisor role. The firm provides sophisticated, holistic financial advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families, with expertise across investment management, trust and estate planning, and tax strategy. As the lead Income Tax Planning Advisor, this attorney will partner with internal trust and estate planning advisors and investment professionals to provide holistic, integrated advice that enhances after-tax outcomes across complex portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of federal and state income tax law, partnership taxation, trust and estate taxation, and investment structuring. LLM preferred but not required.
