We are currently filling the following contract job for our client.Join a dynamic team working on a groundbreaking portal from scratch—designed to serve internal partners and external customers with intuitive, data-driven web platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior designer to lead end-to-end user experience and contribute to UI development for a major application project in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you're experienced in wireframing, Figma, responsive design, and have a knack for translating complex requirements into compelling interfaces, we want to hear from you!Required Skills6-8 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applicationsProficiency in Figma and wireframing tools, with strong portfolio showcasing recent projectsExpertise in creating end-to-end user experience flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specificationsAbility to translate product requirements into intuitive UI designsExperience in data visualization and responsive web designFamiliarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guidesComfort working independently and collaborating with product, engineering, and UI teamsStrong communication skills for stakeholder presentations and design validationAbility to participate in product discovery workshops and define UX principlesNice to Have SkillsExperience with React frameworks and UI development alongside designKnowledge of LLM augmentation opportunities (assistive search, auto-summaries, prompts)Familiarity with data-driven design and analyticsPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, with a focus on web portals and internal/external platformsPrevious experience working on enterprise/internal portals and large-scale projectsMissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
