We are seeking a driven, results-focused Senior Business Development Specialist to directly generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the BPO sector.
This is an individual contributor role . The ideal candidate thrives in a hunter environment , is confident engaging senior business leaders, and excels at building relationships that open doors to long-term business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage senior decision-makers as prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, events, and networking.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to position our products and services effectively.
Research and map potential accounts to identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans.
Build, nurture, and maintain relationships that lead to closed deals and recurring business.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine outreach and positioning strategies.
