Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Offensive Security Operations Engineer This high-priority role supports the RECON team within advanced security operations, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact. You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. Responsibilities: • Understand the customers' mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions. • Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle. • Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks. • Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows. • Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements. Required Skills: • Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution. • Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular). • Experience writing scripts and services in Python. • RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python. • Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.). • Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD). Nice to Have: • Prior offensive security operations experience. • Knowledge of end-to-end signals intelligence collection and analysis systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 16 years without degree Location: Columbia, MD Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000
