Descrizione
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key partner to our CEO and executive team. This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance executive who thrives at the intersection of operational rigor and business strategy — someone who can translate complex financial data into clear insight and drive accountability across a lean manufacturing organization.
What you'll do
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling tied to operational drivers
• Own variance analysis and connect financial outcomes to labor, material, pricing, and volume drivers
• Drive monthly KPI reporting with leadership, including targets, gaps, and active countermeasures
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to embed financial thinking into decision-making
• Evaluate capital expenditures and strategic investments with clear ROI frameworks
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships in partnership with the Controller
• Develop financial acumen across the leadership team through structured analysis and storytelling
• Provide direction to the finance function, ensuring alignment between financial reporting and business insight
What you bring
• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7–10+ years in senior leadership (Controller, VP Finance, or CFO)
• Manufacturing industry experience required, with deep expertise in cost accounting and plant operations
• Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and scaling organizations
• Background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced financial modeling and ERP proficiency in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
Why this role
You will have a direct seat at the executive table, shaping strategy alongside ownership and the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to build the financial infrastructure of a growth-oriented manufacturing company while working in a culture that values lean thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
