We need 6+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-level web applications. - We need 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as Angular. - We require strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, and responsive design best practices. - We need experience with state management approaches and libraries such as Redux, NgRx, Zustand, or similar front-end architecture patterns. - We need a solid understanding of performance tuning techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and CDN strategies. - We prefer familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies. - We need experience integrating with APIs, including REST and GraphQL, and working with asynchronous data flows. - We value exposure to micro-frontend architecture and modular user interface development. - We need experience working in cloud environments, with AWS preferred, and integrating with backend services. - We need experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - We need hands-on experience with automated testing tools, especially Playwright. - We require knowledge of web accessibility standards such as WCAG and secure coding practices. - We value familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries such as Bootstrap or Tailwind. - We need experience with containerization using Docker and modern build tools such as Webpack or Vite. - We value exposure to front-end observability tools for monitoring, such as Dynatrace. - A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. - We own end-to-end front-end architecture, design, development, and ongoing support for scalable, high-performance web applications built with modern UI frameworks, micro frontends, and cloud-native patterns. - We provide technical leadership within Scrum teams by defining and upholding UI architecture standards, coding conventions, and best practices aligned with enterprise architecture. - We serve as the front-end subject matter expert across applications, with deep knowledge of UI/UX patterns, component-driven development, accessibility, performance tuning, and cross-browser reliability. - We define and execute the front-end technical strategy, ensuring smooth integration with backend APIs, enterprise platforms, and distributed systems. - We lead the creation of reusable component libraries, design systems, and front-end frameworks that drive consistency and scalability across products. - We proactively identify and reduce technical risks tied to performance, scale, maintainability, and usability. - We promote modern engineering practices, including micro-frontends, server-side rendering, static site generation, and edge delivery. - We collaborate closely with UX, product, backend, and DevOps partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences. - We champion automation throughout the front-end lifecycle, including testing, build, deployment, and monitoring. - We mentor engineers, including sourcing partners, on front-end technologies, clean code principles, and architectural design patterns. - We evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve user experience and developer productivity. - We strengthen observability through front-end performance monitoring, logging, and error tracking. - We ensure alignment with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering governance standards. - We communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and delivery implications clearly and transparently. - We leverage AI-powered developer tools to speed up development, improve code quality, and boost team efficiency. - We build and integrate AI-enabled UI features such as conversational experiences, personalization, and intelligent recommendations. - We use AI-assisted testing for automated test generation, visual regression testing, and defect detection. - We apply AI for code generation, refactoring, documentation, and debugging while maintaining quality and security. - We drive AI-enhanced DevOps practices, including smarter code reviews, pipeline optimization, and anomaly detection. - We embed AI tools into documentation, onboarding, and developer workflows to support knowledge sharing.
