Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for advising clients, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years litigation experience. Qualifications • Proficient in general legal practice, including providing sound legal advice and preparing and reviewing legal documents • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents • Proven negotiation abilities to effectively represent clients in resolving disputes or securing favorable terms • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and courtroom representation • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia. Additional licensing in MD and VA is ideal. • Prior experience in litigation or similar legal fields is a plus
