Director of Contract Administration (In-House Counsel) | Leading Commercial Construction Organization
We're seeking a Director of Contract Administration (In-House Counsel) to join a leading commercial construction company supporting high-profile projects across data centers, hospitals, stadiums, and other large-scale developments. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and serving as the organization's primary legal and contract advisor.
What You'll Do
:Review, draft, and negotiate complex construction and commercial contract
sAnalyze contract terms and identify legal, financial, and operational risk
sAdvise executive leadership on payment terms, indemnification, liquidated damages, and other critical contract provision
sPartner with project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from bid review through project closeou
tSupport contract dispute resolution and collaborate with outside counsel when necessar
yDevelop contract templates, processes, and best practices to strengthen risk managemen
tProvide contract-related guidance and training to internal stakeholder
sServe as a trusted legal advisor to executive leadership and business team
