Attorney - General Liability Counsel or Partner - Hybrid Remote - Prominent Regional Law Firm

Well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Counsel or Non-Equity Partner to join their Washington, DC team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of general liability or civil defense litigation experience. In this position, the attorney will manage their own case files. This position is hybrid remote, 2 days remote, 3 days in office per week. Competitive base salary 175k to 200k+, bonus and benefits. Portable business is welcomed but not required (salary will adjust upwards per the attorney's book). Candidates must be admitted to practice in Virginia.
