Regional Sales Manager
Our client is looking to bring a Regional Sales Manager on board to join their team! This is a newly created direct-hire role to help bridge the gap between East and West coast sales for a company that specializes in commercial safety flooring. This role does have potential to expand into additional territories.
Compensation: $60-75k base PLUS quarterly bonuses based on performance
Location: Carrolton, TX
Type and Schedule: 1 day a week working in on-site warehouse on the phones; remainder of time on field. Hourly schedule is M-F 8-5
Training: Travel to Charlotte, NC is required for 1 week of training, plus 1 additional week of training at the Carrollton, TX warehouse.
Travel: This role requires traveling. The travel required will be 75% within the state of Texas, other remaining time may be required in OK, AR, NM, KS and additional trade shows.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and follow up with lead generation, provided and self-generated.
• Maintain and foster relationships for key contacts within the flooring industry in the Midwest Territory.
• Represent our client in local and regional trade shows.
• Responsible for local and regional sales strategies and growth.
Must Haves:
• Must have own form of reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in B2B sales (3-5 years).
• Flooring industry preferred.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
