One of the key aspects of my job as a Warehouse Manager would be to ensure that inventory records are accurate and up to date to avoid stock shortages or overstocking, which can harm the business As an important member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the Warehouse, Equipment Service, and Fleet divisions. Making personnel decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline, and termination of team members based on Company policies is also part of this role.
