We work with owners, operators, developers, contractors, and homeowners to deliver better pricing, better quality, and exceptional service. Our projects range from single high-end kitchens to large multifamily developments with dozens or hundreds of units. We are known for fast turnaround times, personalized service, and the ability to coordinate complex projects from design through delivery. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Kitchen Designer / Project Coordinator who can take ownership of projects from start to finish. Position Overview The Kitchen Designer / Project Coordinator will manage the full kitchen process — from initial client communication and layout design through estimating, approvals, ordering, and delivery coordination. This is not just a design role. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling both the creative and operational sides of kitchen projects while maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members. The right person is proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Kitchen Design & Layouts Create functional and visually appealing kitchen layouts Design cabinetry plans based on measurements, plans, and client requirements Prepare elevations, renderings, and cabinet layouts Modify designs based on client feedback and field conditions Ensure layouts are accurate, buildable, and optimized for manufacturing and installation Software & Technical Skills Use 2020 Design software (preferred) or equivalent kitchen design software Read and interpret architectural plans and field measurements Prepare detailed cabinet takeoffs and material lists Coordinate countertop selections and measurements where applicable Estimating & Sales Support Prepare project estimates and pricing proposals Generate invoices and purchase orders Review project specifications and ensure pricing accuracy Assist clients with cabinet styles, finishes, and selections Project Management Manage projects from initial inquiry through final delivery Communicate with clients throughout the entire process Obtain client approvals and finalize orders Coordinate with overseas and domestic vendors Place cabinet and countertop orders Track production timelines and shipping schedules Coordinate logistics and deliveries to job sites Resolve project issues quickly and professionally Client Communication Serve as the main point of contact for clients Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and text Keep clients updated on timelines, approvals, deliveries, and changes Build long-term relationships through exceptional service QualificationsPreferred Experience Experience in kitchen cabinetry design Experience using 2020 Design software or similar programs Experience in cabinetry, construction, interior design, or kitchen sales Experience managing projects from start to finish Technical Skills Strong understanding of kitchen layouts and cabinet construction Ability to read architectural drawings and measurements Strong computer skills and attention to detail Comfortable with spreadsheets, estimates, and invoicing Soft Skills Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving mindset Self-motivated and accountable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Thinks proactively and takes ownership of projects Understands both design and operations Can communicate confidently with clients, vendors, and contractors Is comfortable balancing creativity with organization and execution Can independently move projects forward without constant supervision Compensation Competitive salary based on experience ($60k-$80K) Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company To Apply Please Email [email protected]: Resume Portfolio or examples of kitchen designs (if available) Any experience with 2020 Design or cabinet estimating software
