The Health Systems Administrator (Deputy Director) serves in the Executive Leadership role as the primary backup to the Executive Director/CEO of the VA Caribbean Healthcare System and is responsible for the oversight of administrative functions associated with Financial, Human Resources, Business Compliance, and Resource Management.
