Building Manager

This position is located at Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at Naval Air Station JRB New Orleans. The incumbent will provide on-site management and maintenance for assigned buildings. Performs minor preventive maintenance to furnishings and appliances This may include changing clock batteries; changing light bulbs in fixtures that are accessible; lubricating the locks and hinges on doors; tightening furnishings hardware and screws; minor furnishings repairs, and cleaning lint traps on dryer vents.
