This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of the Administrator, Equal Employment Opportunity Office This position's primary purpose is to provide expert advisory, consultative, and technical services to the Department on complex EEO issues requiring legal interpretations of policy and procedures; and ensuring compliance with 29 CFR Part 1614, MD-110, MD-715, and applicable EEO laws.
