Location: Turin area (Grugliasco HQ / other site depending on candidate profile) Department: Sales Reports to: Senior Sales Manager Role Purpose The Sales Manager is responsible for managing commercial activities with key customers, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring profitable business development throughout the program lifecycle. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and manage RFQ processes with OEM customers (e.g., Stellantis). Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers. Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives. Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP. Coordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements. Manage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications. Support Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs. Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization. Requirements Experience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management. Experience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage. Strong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills. Leadership or coordination experience. Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
