About The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and deadline-oriented Social Media & Digital Graphic Designer to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role involves developing visually compelling content tailored for digital platforms, with a primary focus on social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital design skills and experience in supporting B2B marketing campaigns. Your main responsibility will be to create engaging visual assets that simplify complex technical messaging, enhance brand visibility, and drive audience engagement. This position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work options and is estimated to require approximately 20 hours per week, averaging around 4 hours daily. Qualifications
2-3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital and social media content
Proven experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns
Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, digital ads, email designs, and campaign assets
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with motion graphics or video assets using After Effects or similar tools (preferred)
Familiarity with HubSpot for email marketing and workflow management
Experience designing static graphics, carousels, and short-form motion assets
Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
Solid understanding of platform-specific format requirements and best practices, especially LinkedIn and Facebook
Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Responsibilities
Design high-impact visual assets for social media platforms, digital campaigns, email marketing, and web, including static graphics, carousels, banners, and short-form motion graphics
Create platform-optimized content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels, focusing on B2B audiences
Translate complex technical or product messaging into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content for professional decision-makers
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to established brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives, messaging strategies, and deadlines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes
Stay updated on the latest digital design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance creative performance
Support the development of innovative visual concepts that increase engagement and brand awareness across digital channels
